Everyone is super friendly, treats you like family!!! Great view every morning from your room.

The view of the sea was beautiful. The balcony was huge and relaxing. It's right in the center of town, xlosw to everything It gets noisy at times and the smell.of smoke comes right into the room and space. The place was ok but its not like what is in the photos. It would habe been nice ro have a microwave and fridge in the room

The oceanview by the pool that customers can jot use.The staff all were very polite and welcoming up are arrival .However the tv works off of wifi which trips out but than it stays on.While over those .While Attemping to not make a big deal and not bother staff we wake up to bites all on us in we had double beds.I told mgt that told me i book thru a site so they will handle it as they hadnt been paid yet for my stay.I booked online.It took a few hours but i got a different room and the mgr paulette offered to reimburse for benedryal so I felt like this is a good place to stay thinking when problems arise if any issues you would think they can handle it properly .I show her a video of a bug itook crawling on the dresser it was alot at one time but they are very tiny.So long story short woke up in new with bites not giving it another try check out asap.I told miss Paulette i want a full refund i understand mosquitos but i do not wanna sleep no where im getting bite up and than everyone acts like its not something other than mosquitos.Those beds mattress must need to be steam cleaned or replaced cause there are inly a few bugs that bite while you ate in a bed bed bugs ,dust mites etc .If they can find whatever is biting in the bed and get rid of it, fix the pool and the wifi this would he one of the best hotels and they could get more on a there daily fee .

Property is aware of issue changed my room at fost told me to deal with Expedia since they havent even been paid yet mgr paulette spoke with owner whim never wanted to speak with me

Excellent location. Needs renovation.
