Hotel Punta Leona

El lugar es muy lindo

En la entrada de la recepción había un pozo me pegué un golpe tremendo cayendo de cara al piso por suerte mis lentes frenaron el golpe en la cara pero mi rodillas quedaron lastimadas. A los días lo vi arreglado por suerte poque pienso en que hay mucha gente grande que va.

The house keeper was nice.

It took 4 hours to get to the hotel from the airport due to the bridge being down. At check-in they forgot to put on our wrist band. Power went out 2 of the nights. They provided only one little candle, no flashlight. Our key did not work one of the nights It was a quarter mile walk from our room to the reception. The grounds were unkempt Eating facilities were run down. Most of the staff were unfriendly or did not know english. The butterfly garden was unkept, run down. There was no shuttle after 5 from the beach we had to find a ride from a willing person with a car. Food was average. No entertainment, events or shows.

El apartamento tenía muchas fallas en el abanico Una puerta El aire acondicionado se apagaba En la habitación no había teléfono para llamar a la central Ingresó personal al apartamento a las 9 pm y nos asustaron

We liked the beach and seeing the monkeys. The kids enjoyed the buffet

Hotel is very expensive for what you get. To have to walk about 800m from the accommodation to the pool is excessive. Also to have to pay extra for the mini golf is unfair

la atencion es muy buena, la playa, la comida super rica

los apartamentos son muy viejos, el baño super pequeño y el agua no sale con buena regulacion. el precio de la comida en dolares querian variarla pero como teniamos el correo que el costo era de 22 dolares no nos cobraron 26 dolares, es muy importante tener claro los precios de comidas en dolares

El poder entrar a la habitación hasta las 3pm y salir a las 12pm
