The food was delicious. And had a great experience. The service personal Prathmesh gave the best advice while selecting menu, drink and birthday cake.

Had an amazing evening at Dome! The ambience was absolutely perfect for a rooftop experience — great music, delicious food, and top-notch service. The view of Marine Drive and the Mumbai skyline was truly next level and made the night even more special. A special shoutout to Prathamesh for attending to us so well and ensuring we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended for a memorable evening in Mumbai!

Amazing hotel with very nice staff

I booked this hotel for my second week of my Mumbai experience to explore the south part. The location of the hotel is just perfect for this. The streets feel much safer and a lot less busy than in the north part. So, I have done my exploring all by foot. The hotel is what anyone may expect from a 5 star hotel. Clean, airconditioned, a very helpful staff and a great bed. The breakfast to my taste had just a few options to little, but the chefs are excellent and they create brilliant Indian meals to start the day with. I had a great and very comfortable experience.

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The management appeared highly unprofessional. While the hotel operates under an international brand name, the level of service provided here does not reflect the standards one would expect from this brand in other countries. The overall quality was far below expectations. We interacted with someone introduced as Manager Sreejit, although we are still unsure of his exact role. The handling of situations did not feel structured or professionally managed. However, there was one exception worth highlighting. Both my wife and I were genuinely impressed by Mr. Aayush. Despite his young age, he demonstrated remarkable professionalism, politeness, composure, and refined manners. His attitude, courtesy, and respectful communication stood out significantly. We sincerely hope that his conduct becomes a standard for the rest of the team. His demeanor reflects the level of hospitality and professionalism that guests expect from an international hotel. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards associated with the brand name, with the exception of Mr. Aayush’s exemplary service.
