One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, beautiful ambience, hospitable and caring staff, lovely food, breakfast tailored to your needs, chef Sunil is excellent, spacious and clean rooms, very conveniently located, it’s a 10 on 5 for me.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The Front Office staff were both friendly and helpful. they could even change a banknote of INR 500 into "low denomination notes". (Keep well stocked up on INR 10, 20 and 50 notes !). Staff at the entrance were always helpful in calling a taxi for us, explaining to the driver where we had to be and whispering to us the price of the fare. They gave us the impression that they were always pleased to see us back safely in the hotel. We found it marvellous that we could have breakfast either inside or outside on the terrace. Service was excellent and staff would always cater for our needs. Super attentive.

The"music" in the cocktail bar on the top floor was so loud that we couldn't really converse with one another. Perhaps this comment would not be applicable to a younger generation ? (We are in our 80's) We just wanted to enjoy the view of the Queen's Necklace and relax after walking the streets of (noisy) Mumbai.
