This is the best place for relaxing , the weather is wonderful and the staff are so friendly and polite . I like everything as simple as that it’s a perfect resort . The food is so delicious and Johnny the senior manager of restaurant is so friendly and cooperating . Surely I will come back

We stayed for four nights in a Heritage Villa with Private Pool, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and we especially enjoyed the traditional Kerala tea shop, along with unique experiences like the pottery workshop and the small virgin coconut oil factory on the property. The staff were always friendly, cooperative, and attentive, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kerala’s backwaters.

The only drawback was the Wi-Fi coverage and speed, which could be improved.

Great houseboat experience. Stay was comfortable and food was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Communication problem with the reception, because we asked for an extra bed. After confirming multiple times about the bed. They just provided a mattress. Which is not expected from 5 star resort. Finally they did accept their mistake. And provided a bed.
