Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive

Alles. Einfach alles. Garten, Pools, Kaffees, Restaurant, Lage. Alles war top. Sehr grün, sauber, gepflegt.

Leider kann ich keine Negative Punkte finden. Das beste Hotel bis jetzt (ich bin 50 also habe paar Hotels schon erlebt).

Food and drinks were very good. All the wait staff were exceptional. Ali in Pool bar was very welcoming. Cocktails were good quality and wine, beers were good. Draft was obviously well maintained. Dining staff were all great and chefs made sure the quality was always high and warm. Lots of choice. Seafood A la Carte was lovely. Patisserie was good with varied cakes. Grounds were beautifully maintained. Room was lovely and clean. Ironing board and iron was a nice touch. Gym was good, indoor pool nice yet basic. Pools heated outdoors.

Reception staff weren't very helpful with a problem with our booking, causing us to spend £15 on calls to Agent (booking.com) which wasn't resolved so we left early but still hundreds out of pocket. Ummu at reception was very unhelpful. We lost an afternoon trying to sort but gave up as Barut online bookings were email contact only and still not got back to us. So were now travelling home rather than staying 2 more nights. Paid for 3 nights and promised a date change. Did not get it. Internet was intermittent and not the high speed promised. The TV was not a smart TV. Supposed to be satellite but couldn't get any channels. I didn't get the bottle of wine as advertised in room but was all inclusive so didn't bother asking. Bed was a bit hard.

Прекрасный шведский стол - разнообразный и эстетичный, много столиков и пространства как внутри так и снаружи. Красивые бары и территория. Хорошие номера, неплохая вечерняя анимация. Много бесплатных спортивных занятий - большой теннис, настольный теннис, плужной волейбол, тренажёрный зал, бадминтон, стрельба из лука и винтовки. В общем, было чем себя занять. Неподалёку развалины греческого храма Аполлона в Сиде - вдоль ухоженной набережной можно дойти в течение 50 минут в одну сторону, вечером храм красиво подсвечен.

Очень узко в душевой кабине в номере. Бильярдный стол стоит в крайне шумном месте рядом с постоянно орущими детскими игровыми автоматами - игра не доставляет удовольствия.
