Kruisherenhotel Maastricht

這是特色旅宿，相對這點來說我很滿意，但是在我退房的時候，旅館居然要求我再付一次我已經在線上付清的住宿費，這對一間五星級旅館來說，我認為不應該發生

Great Place, BUT THEY DOUBLE BILLED ME. I paid them through Expedia then at the hotel. Later, they told me they refunded me, but they did NOT.

This is the coolest hotel I have ever seen. The staff was awesome as well. If you like art and architecture, great customer service, a good wine selection and good food this is the place for you!

An artist's labor of love. The hotel is in an old abbey that not only has been lovingly restored but also meticulously and beautifully redecorated. You are staying in a masterpiece.

Very unique location in an old monastery/church with modern design. Service was good and room was clean and comfortable. Also dinner at the restaurant was great

Romantic hotel, Well groomed clean an excellent food

Because of Covid outbreak we were actually not allowed to travel from our hometown in Belgium to Maarstricht which i 10 km over the border. So we ask for this 700 usd stay for 2 days for a rain check, but nope we would be charged full rate.So we thought well then let’s see how this place is. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were charged around usd 40 per person then parking also around usd 40 per night. Dinner menu was very limited and really very common food. Wine list extreme expensive for a little better wines.So we left after one night the “upgraded” room was so small that i could not go to bed without great risk of bumping my head. The friendly staff tried to make things up by giving us a bottle of local wine. All in all not worth to spend a fortune in this place! And flexibility zero under these extreme covid rules!
