Great location close to the Metro and an easy walking distance to the Costanera Centre for shopping. Lovely room with all the amenities; the kitchenette was a nice addition. Delicious breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. I really liked that the staff prepared a takeaway breakfast for me when I checked out early.

Excellent staff, very helpful

Heater in my room was broken, had to change the room. Windows were wide open when I got in the room. I realised the one behind the curtains after spending the first night.
