Excelente ubicacion, funcional, muy amable el personal

The price for this stay was probably about fair for the accommodations. The location is in the heart of a cluster of quality restaurants and shopping which makes for easy selection of dinner. It's very safe and lively outside.

The room was banged up. There were marks on the walls and dents in the drywall. The shower head in the shower wouldn't stay pointed upright (kept flopping down). The breakfast options were limited (you select from 3 fixed menu options) and the staff wasn't terribly friendly. We asked if they could include a few postcards we had written and put stamps on in their outgoing mail and they said they couldn't do it. The food smell and noise from the restaurant on the first floor came right up through the ducts into our room which made for an unpleasant night and morning when things started getting loud downstairs.

Localização Muito Boa. Muitos restaurantes bons perto, e a três quarteirões do Costaneira Center. Quartos confortáveis, ducha boa. Vale a pena.

Não é que não gostei. Mas o café da manhã não é no estilo "a vontade" e sim continental, servido no restaurante ao lado, a mim atendeu perfeitamente, qualidade boa também, mas para quem gosta de café da manhã farto, recomento pegar o quarto sem café da manhã e pagar o café a parte no restaurante ou no entorno que tem muitas opções.

O hotel é perfeito em todos os quesitos. Cama, chuveiro, limpeza, localização, tudo excelente. Perto do metro e vários restaurantes nas proximidades.

Um dia ficamos sem wi-fi pro problemas técnicos, depois resolveram e funcionava super bem.

Very good location on a nice street

Very small closet. No mirror in the room. Nowhere to put your suitcase. It feels like a place good for one night stay. No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. They indicated that was because they change towels everyday.

Ottima posizione. Camere spaziose.
