See answer above. Food was absolutely disgusting I was given raw bacon on a club sandwich that looked like it had been thrown together. Breakfast was terrible - the dining area stunk and the food was cheap and substandard .

We were quite disappointed with our stay, especially considering this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel. We arrived at 13:50 and were waiting for our room, knowing that check-in was at 15:00. Despite the hotel knowing we were already there, we only received the key at 15:30, which was frustrating. The room itself was good, but the shower was broken and left a large puddle of water after use. The issue was fixed quickly, which we appreciated, but the dirty mat was left behind afterwards (we assumed it was from the repair), which was not acceptable. The spa experience was also below expectations. The laconium, roman were basically just rooms. Some showers were not working properly, and in the steam room we even found two dead cockroaches. The Relax Massage was another disappointment. The masseuse was breathing very loudly and sighing every time he needed to change position, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the treatment. Breakfast service was very average. The decaf coffee machine was not working properly and served hot chocolate instead of coffee, and the pastries were dry. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. There were some positive points, such as the room and the quick response to the shower issue, but the overall experience fell far below expectations.

In unserem Zimmer Nr. 535 war die Tapete sehr veraltet und hatte sich an mehreren Stellen von der Wand gelöst. Dies vermittelte leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Zudem wurde beim Frühstück für einen Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine ein Aufpreis verlangt. In einem Fünf Sterne Hotel erwarten wir, dass ein solcher Service im Frühstücksangebot inbegriffen ist. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt daher nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.

Wir mögen dieses Hotel. Sehr gute Lage. Schöne, geräumige Suite mit großer Terrasse. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr große Auswahl. Das Personal ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne.
