Great staff

Breakfast very disappointing. The hotel staff were all nice

no plates and cutlery for microwave. Selection of breakfast food was small and not well prepared

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the past couple years. The last 2 times the ac in the room does not work well I’m pretty sure they control the ac. Its very hard to sleep when your hot. And the breakfast has always been good but this stay I got some hash browns and someone went very very heavy on the salt I couldn’t even eat them.

The breakfast was great, a lot of different choices, the coffee was delicious

Very clean

No privacy drapes or curtains. The lamp post shined directly into our room all night.

The people living in the room next door were obviously smoking heavily even though it was supposed to be no smoking. My bathroom smelled like smoke to the point I had to close it. Rancid smell from next door. I won't be staying there again. It's too bad, ive stayed there multiple times.

Front Desk Staff is a major problem for this resort, cannot figure out how to check in an individual albeit this was 2 in the morning. However their system would not check me in AFTER paying for the room. Walked straight out to the hilton next door and book ed a room within a minute's time. Shameful how management conducts themselves here. Stay Away

I liked the Property was located right off the exit with lots of restaurant choices.

Non smoking but smelled of weed on the second floor. Pool area had a small party going on with adults leaving beer around. No conditioner in the shower, left empty. Two half rolls of toilet paper provided.
