Ubicación excelente

El hotel se encuentra ubicado sobre un parking público, pero no dispone de plazas para los clientes del hotel en citado parking. Ignoro si es problema de la propiedad/dirección del hotel o de la asociación que gestiona reiterado parking, pero es una carencia que desmerece al establecimiento y genera verdadera sorpresa entre los ususarios.

Localización

Llegamos a la 1 de la madrugada cansados de conducir muchísimas horas cuando se nos informa que el parking del hotel está completo. Imagínate a la 1 de la madrugada buscando parking por la zona. Encima la recepcionista no tenía ningún conocimiento que en su propio parking tenían toda una planta vacía. Además nos cobró la habitación cuando le dijimos que íbamos a pagar a la salida. Cuando subimos a la habitación nos encontramos que todo tenía un nota escrita, si fumas te cobramos 180 €, si te llevas bote son 38€… La verdad es que uno se siente muy amenazado. Encima cuando el día siguiente por la mañana les pedimos unas zapatillas, me informan que tiene un coste adicional de 3 euros. De verdad deberían aprenden de otras cadenas hoteleras.
