Quality Inn & Suites Hannibal West

Rooms were large and beds were comfortable.

Was some areas needed some maintenance work. Peeling paper and some other areas of wear.

Location is starting to show its age.

We did not stay so we did get our money back and the desk person was apologetic when we complained.

Walking into the front doors we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke, that should have been our first clue. Didn’t give us rooms together as requested. The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Sheets had blood stains, popcorn kernels and hair on them. Shower had mold and rust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years no kidding.Floor was dirty and sticky.

The location of the hotel is great. It is located directly off the highway and is very easy to find. The room was an average room for the price, and really needs a cosmetic update. The breakfast was good, and having a breakfast included with the room always helps make the room rate feel right. All in all I would stay here again, and I would recommend Quality Inn & Suites Hannibal West to friends and family.

As I said in the good, the room, and building for that matter is on the older side and really could use a good update. However, the trade off is affordable rooms with good service.

This property is located at a great location. Check-in staff were great. Price was reasonable for the quality of the motel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The rate also included a nice breakfast.

The bathroom walls and flooring could use a little updating, but other than that everything was good.
