From our check in to check out everyone was very friendly. Duffys lounge was a great little place to have some drinks a great pizza and then just walk to our room. Great little stop.

Stayed here during the world 100 at Eldora. Never had any issues with anything. Loved the bar. They have the best pizza I have ever had. Already booked again for next year!

"My last stay."

Breakfast well done. I liked the variety.

I reserved a non-smoking and was put into a smoking room. I made a reservation with the hotel by phone, but they did NOT identify themselves as really BOOKING.COM. Manager said this was my fault - it was not. I gave her my emails showing booking.com falsely charged my account 20 % of your room charge. Manager denied any responsibility 3 times before admitting she owed booking.com a fee for the room reservation and she would have to pay it. She refused to deduct my booking.com 20% charge from the actual room charge. Very poor manager. I have been there several times in the past with NO interference by booking.com. Booking.com fraudulently charged by account.
