Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark

We visited san diego for our annual girls trip and stayed in downtown. Our stay was comfortable and we only had issues with slow service during breakfast but on the last day we met our server Mason Varzquez, and all our complaints tossed out the window. Mason’s calm and compassionate nature was very impressive and even though kitchen was running very slow but he managed expectations very well and was very understanding.

Room and facilities are fine, but pricing is excessive and too expensive. If prices were half of actual, this would be a good value for money experience, but at these prices.... 😬

Diana S. made our wedding weekend stay feel special. She recognized Kyle and me right away and took excellent care of us the entire time. Her attention to detail, her calm way of anticipating what we needed, and the way she checked in on us made a real difference. We felt seen, cared for, and truly welcomed. I’m grateful for how intentional she was with us and how smoothly everything went because of her.

There were problems with water pressure and warm water in the rooms. Longer leadtime to fix this affected my trip. The breakfast wasnt tasty and when entering the pool/lounge area (two different days), it was closed due to events. No information around that when I booked.

Very nice spot. One of my pet peeves for hotels with noisy shutting doors. Your doors are almost silent. Very personable staff.

Had a great stay in the Omni. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great location with many restaurants in close proximity including within the hotel itself. We had an event at Petco Ball Park which we were able to easily walk to. The staff was attentive to our needs and were readily available to help. Will definitely be booking again.

I had such a great time during my 3-day stay here. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful — from the front desk to housekeeping. The facilities were excellent: the pool and fitness center were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I also ordered room service a couple of times and it arrived quickly and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommend

Omni San Diego never disappoints because its all about the excellence staff They love their job and they treat the guests like family Thank you Marc and Charles your the best .

I was here for a conference and the staff was amazing from start to finish. My room was the cleanest I have ever had with my travels to other hotels. The food was great and I cant emphasize how great the staff is here. Highly recommend this hotel
