Hele fijne plek aan de goede kant van de rivier, ook leuke activiteiten te boeken, met name de 100% splash ervaring boottocht was geweldig. Ook hebben we een nachttocht gedaan, die was heel relaxed, maar weinig te zien, met name wat vogeltjes en 1 kleine slang.

Eten was inclusief, ontbijt was prima, maar avondeten was buffet en viel wel tegen. We hebben de 2e avond niet op het resort gegeten. Afstand van het huisje naar restaurant was wel wat groot Er was geen plek voor een drankje 's avonds, dan zat je gewoon in een ongezellig restaurant.

Localisation of the hotel is excellent : right next to the park entrance. It is the closest you can be here. However be prepared to see a lot of people walking around to go/return from excursions. « A la carte » menu is good, go and enjoy!

- food buffet was (very) disappointing - excursions organisation isn’t so good : we were added to an activity we didn’t book. Hopefully, staff managed to rebook our first activity later in the day - staff service might not always be on point. We asked for luggage pick up and help the day of our departure : luggage pick up had to be reminded and help we asked for never came.

After a trekking and sleeping in the jungle, coming to Mutiara felt like luxury :D I liked the fact that is surrounded by nature and even if in the jungle there's not many insects around. The dinner and breakfast buffet are quite varied in terms of what's offered and overall good.

The rooms can be quite far from the reception and from the dining area. Given the resort is on the other side of the river, to cross you need to pay a fee for a boat ride of 2 min. It's really cheap but I think the resort should cover this expense. Also be prepared to have cash to pay for the boat ride Lastly, I think for the price you pay, I would expect rooms to be a bit more clean (windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years!) and bathroom could be modernized slightly.
