My family enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good to get us off to a great start for the day. The staff made us comfortable. We have stayed here in the past and will continue to look forward to future stays.

They charge you one fee when booking and when you arrive they charge you another booking fee and parking not free..

Wonderful experience. Perfect distance to the park. You can take the Toy Story shuttle that is right across the street, or we ended up walking our last two days because it’s not far (maybe 2-3 traffic light blocks) and entrance to park is on the same side of the road as the hotel. We had strollers with sleeping kids so walking worked out better, rather than unloading and folding up strollers, which you have to do for the shuttle. We enjoyed the protein options at breakfast and the change up in variety each day. Andouille sausage, French toast sticks and premade eggs, day 1, breakfast sausage patties, premade eggs, biscuits and gravy that were good day 2, plus each day had normal carb/cereal/whole fruit options. Rooms were cleaned well. A little worn down from years of use, but not bad. Motel-style exteriors doors, like most all of the hotel options near the park. Outdoor pool and hot tub were a fun addition to our stay. The front desk ladies were exceptionally kind and welcoming. We got here early, and even though our three rooms weren’t ready yet, after a short while, they were able to get us in one room early, and even gave my two kids helium balloons while waiting in the lobby. It was a lovely experience and we will definitely be back.

The food tasted great. The presentation was nice.

Wanted bigger cups for beverages.

Breakfast can be better, if you also offer some cheese and ham.
