Staff was wonderful.

The people above us had kids running and didn’t stop until probably midnight 😔

Sergio made check in very simple for me, very nice workers all around, the room was great, everything was clean, great stay overall :D

My family has stayed twice at this recently remodeled affordable hotel near Disneyland. Nothing fancy but it is clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities and a very friendly, helpful staff. They also serve a free hot breakfast!

Close to the Toy Story parking lot, which made it easy to get to and from the park

It’s very noisy , staff isn’t friendly,, the phone in our room didn’t work so we asked the maid for towels on passing and didn’t get them until we called the hotel hours later

Ana at the front seat was exceptional. She was welcoming and informative. Her kindness is what superior customer service is all about.

It was a horrible experience I was in room 132 1st floor. The ice machine it’s around there. There was noise the whole night. people yelling and you can hear like someone pushing or throwing stuff. I was not able to sleep at all. so it was really bad experience.

早餐非常棒！飯店服務人員、房務人員態度及專業度都非常佳、認真負責，讓人感到非常高興，停車也很方便，一切施設都非常便民、也方便，尤其對面就是迪士尼的停車場，因此搭接駁車直接就可以前往迪士尼樂園，非常開心！
