The staff is superb!

Although my husband and I are quite agile, it was very difficult to get in and out of the bathtub to shower. Quite dangerous, actually, because it is poorly designed.

The reception team was excellent from check-in to assistance with luggage. I was checking out at 3am and they arrange to get my luggage from the room to the car even though there no porter service.

Loved the spacious rooms, lovely beds with decent linnen. Small touch like a wash cloth in bathroom was an extra bonus!

Unfortunately the Centurion lake seems a bit smelly but understandable it's out of hotels hands
