Ottima la posizione a 10minuti a piedi dal centro. Stanza con vista canale pulita e letto comodissimo. Ottima la colazione.

The cleanliness of this hotel leaves much to be desired. Numerous areas appeared neglected and far below the standard one would reasonably expect. Sleep was equally out of reach due to the excessive noise from the neighbouring club, which continued late into the night and made any meaningful rest virtually impossible. What ultimately stood out most, however, was the attitude of the owners. Their arrogant and inappropriate behaviour was far more disappointing than the cleanliness issues or the noise. Professionalism, courtesy, and respect for guests seemed to be in rather short supply. There are many hotels that understand the basics of hospitality. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Great location north east of the city next to one of the canals. Delightful hotel with delightful staff - always cheerful and helpful.

Lovely old property to the north east of the city - but close to all amenities. The staff were excellent - consistently cheerful and helpful - including the cleaning staff - who are not probably directly employed by the hotel - but even so they were cheerful.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, biorąc pod uwagę mały obiekt. Lokalizacja hotelu doskonała, widok na kanał, cisza. Bardzo klimatyczny, nieduży hotel. Uczynna obsługa w recepcji.

Stare, zużyte ręczniki. Oberwane haczyki w łazience. Sejf nie był przymocowany, można było go wynieść z zawartością, meble użytkowe np. szafa do wymiany. Bardzo mały garaż, ale i tak cieszyliśmy się, że udało się go zarezerwować. Mało uprzejma pani (prawdopodobnie )manager.

Lage ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück hervorragend.

The antiquites of the building for example with amazing oak(?) beams on the cellar level breakfast room and history of the builidng - first notes of it from 15th centyry! Our specific canal-level, canal view room was specifically nice with swans swimming by from a few meter distance in the canal. Location was good and breakfast was great with large selection.
