My stay was great and very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Ivenia at the front desk was super helpful and so sweet, as we stayed and used the conference room for business.

I had an outstanding experience checking in thanks to Deepta and Ivenia. From the moment I walked up to the desk, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. You can tell they genuinely care about making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. They made the entire check-in process smooth and easy, answered my questions with a great attitude, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect with my room. It’s rare to find people who combine friendliness and professionalism this well. Deepta and Ivenia are a huge asset to this hotel and truly represent what great hospitality looks like.
