Only the location.

The rooms didn’t have air conditioning so it was very warm. Staff opens at 8am which makes it hard to checkout before. We booked a room with a double bed but our bed were two separate single beds that were put together. One major minus was that booking has this advertised as a room where breakfast was included, but no breakfast was served and we asked about it and they said no breakfast is served.

Agree with all other reviews, the location was perfect. We had a beautiful room on the top floor in the back that overlooked the cemetery courtyard. Don't be afraid, it was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to main bus stops.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, es war selbstverständlich alles sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Es war so, wie man es in der Salzburger Innenstadt erwartet. Dass es kein richtiges Frühstück gab, hat uns nicht gestört. Tee & Kaffee rund um die Uhr war gut!

Wir waren zufrieden, aber es ist ein altes Haus, wo es öfter Stufen gibt (sei es beim Eingang,,oder wenn man auf die Terrasse will, oder wenn man in den Kaffee-Bereich will...) Das lässt sich in einem Altbau in der Salzburger Altstadt halt nicht vermeiden. Und wir sind kein Fan elektronischer Schlüsselkarten, auch wenn das heute ziemlich normal ist. Der Blick auf den Sebastian-Friedhof ist für manche vielleicht ein Pluspunkt, da Grünfläche und ruhig, aber wir wollten nicht ausgerechnet Friedhofs-Blick, wie gesagt, ist Geschmacksache.

Good location. Easy walk to old town and easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice quiet lounge with drink facilities. Chill balconies on back of hotel overlooking church yard.

Reception only available during the day. It was very hot, I needed windows open but it was quite noisy and church bells start very early in morning. (With windows shut this was not an issue)

the receptionist even if he was about to close in 10 minutes he helped us directing us to the parking
