I want to start with the positives. The room was large, it had a separate bedroom area and living room. There was also a kitchenette. This room was extremely affordable compared to the other hotels in the area. I will, however, say that you pay for what you get. The hotel needs a massive deep clean in every area. The carpets are not only stained, but need to be vacuumed. The furniture in our room, specifically the sofa and the chair were badly stained, and in need of repair. The lampshades were stained, one of our lamps were broken, and many of the surfaces had what appeared to be nail polish or super glue stuck on them. we have two small children, so we asked for two extra sheets to cover up the sofa in the chair. The hallways had a strong odor of body odor and urine. Especially near the stairwells. Some of their staff attempted to be polite, however, I think everybody could use some hospitality training. We called on the phone and we're not greeted with even the basic “hello.” When we checked in, it was pretty apparent that our attendant was a bit frustrated & confused. I don't think we will stay in this hotel again, it probably needs a little attention and some training sessions, and they are probably highly understaffed, or severely struggling. I am going to give them two stars because they were very accommodating to let me check in early at noon.

There was only 1 trash can in the entire suite so that was annoying. But otherwise loved it

The chair in our room was badly stained. The pull out couch sheets were torn. The shower valve stem was loose and leaked everywhere. We could not use the shower because it would leak into the wall.

Hotel manager is very unfriendly

Our first room (1206 or 1209, I can’t remember) was moldy smelling and the carpet was sopping wet. Our second room (1226) was not clean, dingy furniture and stained carpet, toothpaste on the sink, black sediment coming up from the sink drain, toilet not clean, floor had not been mopped. Bathtub felt like it was going to collapse under the weight of a normal sized adult, shelving in bathroom was pulled from the wall and spackle was not finished or painted. The drawers did not open/close properly, the microwave did not work, ironing board was stained and stain transferred to our clothes. The breakfast was mediocre, bread smelled moldy, waffle machine left uncooked spots in the batter, coffee was terrible. Best part was the juice machine choices. Each day, upon returning our keys were disabled and we had to take the stairs down to the lobby to get them re-keyed. The elevator down button was also broken, which is a violation of ADA requirements by law. Staff promptly attended to anything that we requested, but these were all requests that I would expect from a hotel stay. I give 1.5 star rating, although the app only allows full stars. I will never stay here again, nor recommend it.
