"Overall, a great stay."

It was a wonderful stay! I enjoyed the comfortable beds. I really liked the fitness room. The maids were very nice and helpful.

I didn’t like the bartenders. They were not very friendly.

Check in was a breeze and the two Queen bed was a good size, room clean and bed comfy. Shower could use an update but water got hot fast so can’t complain! The pool was nice and warm for a winter stay and the hot tub was nice. The floor around the pool/hot tub could use a clean so just be sure to bring flip flops. The breakfast buffet is your usual— for $16/adult and $13/child— I would pass next time and order off the menu or eat at one of the many options nearby. Location is great with lots of food options close by and to our destination. If we needed to come back to this area would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and convenient but only 1 elevator was working. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and linens were nice quality. Other guests were considerate of others.

Only 1 elevator was working. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy

Perfect place for a clandestine affair… convenient staircases for covert entry/exit. Quiet and non-screaming toilet greatly appreciated, yet the provided pillows proved to be wildly uncomfortable (except when used for intimate positioning)

"I enjoyed my weekend at this hotel."

I thought the staff was wonderful and very friendly. There was one elevator out of service the entire three days. With a Wedding Party staying in the hotel as well the wait fir an elevator was to long.

I travel of a living. Having one of two elevators out of service for three days is unacceptable. It's more common in hotels than one would think. It even worse in hotels without service elevators so staff is also using the same elevators.
