After arriving at the check in lobby early before 10:00 AM, the hotel receptionist was kind enough to let our group park our car in the lot until check in time for no additional charge. The staff is very kind and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze. Good room with competitive rates, less than a 10 minute walk from the Disneyland Monorail.

Woke up to ants in our bathroom and bed! The front office personnel seemed very annoyed that we brought this to his attention. He did not once apologize for our inconvenience of having to switch rooms made it seem like it was our fault! The next day when we checked out the assistant manager did apologize. The rooms need some better detail cleaning and some upgrades! The bed sheets had holes in them and the towels were not white anymore!!

The front desk staff were nice. The issue was the room. The size of the pillows were small we had to order more and it still did not make a difference. The water in our sink looked foggy and the water for our shower was not great.
