It was a good experience, good location great for relaxation and tranquillity the members of hotel staff where more than kind, treating us with the most respect and attending to our every need make our stay the most satisfying as it could possible be, If would recommend this hotel to my friends and family?: Yes most certainly I would, as it is friendly and cozy a place where simplicity meets modern and inovative as they marry in harmony to the most perfect combination you can possibly imagine. It was a great trip and I would enjoy going there for a second time if I have the opportunity.

Comfortable and affordable hotel.

Upon arrival I tried to pay for the room, as it was new years it was very busy at reception, the gentleman said to not worry about it this second. When I checked out the next morning, I returned my room key and asked how much I owed. The gentleman charged me R25 for the parking which I payed. I asked about the bill he said it's taken care of. I assumed it was automatically deducted as I made my credit card details available apon booking. Afterwards they called me realising the bill wasn't settled. They treated me a criminal for a mistake on their behalf. I settled the bill as soon as they contacted me. I contacted many people on their adress book in this regard without any response. It's unacceptable that a hotel would treat it's clients this way. Very disappointed in Hotel 224 and its failure to follow up on this case.

The hotel was standard and Okay, only problem was the Wi-Fi which was very weak on the 12th floor.

Ive been coming here every time Im in Pretoria, I find hotel 224 just fantastic!
