University Inn & Suites

The property and my room were very clean and comfortable. Wonderful service from front desk. Great location across from University of Oregon. Directly across the street from Mathew Knight Arena and walking distance to Autzen Stadium. Plus 2 doors down from Track Town Pizza. Great location, reasonable game day price.

The proximity to U of O is the best thing about this property imo. It is extremely dated, smelled pretty musty, shower didn’t drain properly and the parking lot is extremely tight. The worst part of our stay was the beds. They felt like a slab of concrete to the point I slept in the chair in the room. The frame under the bed that goes from under the mattress to the floor is METAL and makes a huge GONG noise with the slightest movement, it’s absolutely wild, I’ve never seen that before in a hotel room. It wasn’t as bad as it could have been but I definitely know why they are cheaper than the other places in that area.

This is a very convenient location for going to the football game, but the hotel should advertise that you cannot leave your car parked there during the game. The women working the front desk was very unpleasant and acted like we were an inconvenience to be there.

Quick nite

The room smells and faucet was loose. There was a broaches well one roach in the room. The sofa bed smelled, and the bed was real thin. The mattress and the room was for four people, my wife, myself, and my two kids, and they only had 2000. No sheets or pillows or covers for the pull out. Bes

We loved the proximity to the university and where my daughter’s apartment is located.

It was a great stay

Parking is tight, but rooms were surprisingly nice compared to exteriors. Older property but nicely updated. Super convenient location for University of Oregon.

The staff who checked us in was super nice! We got there at almost midnight and even that late he was super sweet and bubbly!

The room was dirty. There wasn’t enough towels. No one told me when I booked this hotel that the pool wasn’t in the pool was disgusting looking
