"Great location"

Service could have been better. No one at valet or front desk to greet us or help with bags. Not a lot of amenities for the price. Cafe breakfast was just OK. Bar staff was great.

Room was dirty. Prior guest left dirty socks & underwear in room. Had to move front from 2 beds to 1 bed/sofabed. Very uncomfortable to older person.

"Amazing stay at Napa"

The hotel staff were very kind and warm, and the housekeepers were also very nice. The rooms were clean, and the bed and sheets were high-quality and comfortable. I would love to come back next time I visit Napa.

The walking distance to Oxbow Market is easy and my dogs love it too. Having Slanted Door Restaurant accross the parking lot is a plus for wonderful dining. The only minus is there is no dining at the hotel... except for breakfast.

Nice location, welcoming staff, the jet tub was amazing, the celebratory add ons were really nice, any time I attempted to communicate with them they responded in a timely manner

Nothing to complain about, but a dinner option at Alba would have been nice

"Best stay at Napa Valley"

It was amazing, even better than I could have imagined! The only downside was that AAA made a mistake with our room choice. The hotel lobby supervisor forgot her name, but she was so helpful and managed to accommodate my requests. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, I wanted a beautiful view of the river, and she made sure to get that for us.
