Little River Motel Saint Regis

The owner, Linda, is a kind, attentive and bright woman. She bought the motel and took it out of shambles into a quaint Route 66 type motel. She has plans to continue developing the her beautiful wooded land. She’s an amazing woman!

It is not a modern fancy place but that’s what we enjoyed.

Have stayed there twice because it's cozy and there are Woods to walk the dog. Very clean and rustic - the cabins are from the 1940s but have been upgraded. We stayed in one of the newer additions. Owner is very friendly, stayed up late for us, made us coffee in the morning and offers a nice content breakfast with pastries.

Room was okay , only thing was the bed pillows I think they we’re from the 60’s

The check-in was great. The manger was out fighting fires. Left our room key in envelope on door of office. We thought this property would face river. Our room faced highway. It is old but very clean.

Kinda outdated. Clean and comfortable. Could use some new light switch covers and coffee machine.

Toilet was loose at the base causing movement when in use. Toilet seat was extremely loose.

This spot is the perfect road trip wayside stop. Not fancy but the rooms are super cute and I felt like I was in a retro road trip movie. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise. The host was super accommodating moving us to a accessible room for me and my broken ankle w mobility scooter. Fridge, microwave and tv. Another bonus I wasn't expecting. Furniture outside as well to sit in the yard. We stayed in cabin 8. I would definitely stay here again. Great value.
