Hotel SLC

Nothing about this hotel was good other than the location.

My first night there I was getting bit by something. The next morning I was covered in bug bites, I did not know I was sleeping on bed bugs so I went to the store and got some anti inflammatory and bug bite medicine. My arms and hand were swollen and blistering and I've never dealt with BED BUGS before so I really didn't know. When we returned to the hotel later that night I told my husband to check the room and beds. The mattress was infested with BED BUGS. I went down to the lobby and told the front desk to which he told me his manager could handle it in the morning and I asked him if he'd like to sleep on an infested mattress and get bitten all night and showed him my hands and arms, he smirked and said no. I told him I wanted a refund and he said he'd check some other rooms and came back after checking 2 separate rooms and said he couldn't put me in one, they all had bugs. I said a 2nd time I want a refund so I can go find a better hotel. His manager unprofessionally would not come down to the hotel to address this very serious matter. I still, 2 days later have not received my refund or heard from the manager. Very dirty and ran down. DO NOT stay here! The hotel looks like it's falling apart and the pictures are a lie. Doing remodels and it's filthy everywhere and no amenities. They did not tell me any of this until I arrived at the hotel. I can't believe I was told there was nothing they could do about the bugs and expected me to sleep with them all over the bed! This is just disgusting!

Albergo in ristrutturazione con tutti i disagi che può comportare, quindi un po' di sporco nelle aree comuni e altre parti chiuse per lavori. La camera così così, abbiamo dovuto chiudere altre lenzuola perché le presenti erano macchiate di giallo, c'è le hanno comunque fornite subito

Parking was easy and there were places to get food nearby. Bed was really cozy.

Location was under construction and the breakfast was poor. The room itself was outdated, but comfortable.

Nothing! The hotel was under construction and no one said anything. They had everything closed and covered with plastic and dust everywhere.

Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Anders als in vielen amerikanischen Hotels hat man dort die Fenster öffnen können, so dass wir auf eine Klimaanlage verzichten haben. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, so dass wir gut geschlafen haben.

Vor Ort fanden Bauarbeiten statt, so dass kein Frühstück angeboten werden konnte, zeitweise der Strom ausfiel und das Schwimmbad gesperrt (derzeit im Abriss) war. Wir hätten uns im Vorfeld über eine Information gefreut. Besonders Sauberkeit und Frühstück sind uns wichtig. Die Sauberkeit hatte unter den Bauarbeiten gelitten und Frühstück stand in Form einer Tüte mit Wasser, Apfel, Muffin und Schokoriegel zur Verfügung, was nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Hätte man uns gegenüber offen kommuniziert, hätten wir eine andere Wahl getroffen.

Erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione, quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare ne’ la sala per la colazione ne la piscina. Erano presenti materiali edili ovunque
