I loved that we were right on the beach and close to everything.

If I am paying so much for the place I don’t want Beach staff to ration skimpy beach towels for me. And be extremely rude. Also I recommend on bunk bed ladder needs to be rethought. It is not convenient since it is too vertical. Otherwise love the place as we go every year to this chain.

There were nats in our room. We killed about 15 during our stay. The bed was uncomfortable. This was the worst hotel bed, I have ever slept in. I did not rest well at all. The middle of the floor is sinking in....There is a structure problem with this floor. My sister's bed was bad as well.

Perfect location on the beach. Peaceful. Room and beds comfortable, clean. Convenient to town and restaurants. The outdoor pool was beautiful and warm for early September. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Enjoyed the beach bar, pools, beach chair service. The rooms were ok as well.

The room floors were tile and very sandy. The door to the rooms had space around the bottom allowing these little gnats to get in. Had to put a towel down to block the space. Bed was hard as a rock. I had to request maid service every day. Even when I asked to have daily service at check in I still had to inquire daily. The food was not good at all. We ate off premises after the first day. Best food items were the beach bar nachos. The location, beach, pools made us overlook the negatives.

We loved it. It was great to wake up next to the pool, right next to the beach, and just relax. One improvement will be to have more food available. The breakfast (paid breakfast) was too basic, and I would have loved to have milksakes or food service on the beach. What I care about the most is the service, and it was awesome. Every single person was kind and nice. The room was clean (Althought they didn't make the beds). The beach and the pool area was clean, and the water was FANTASTIC, was warm and super nice. Overall, I want to go back again if I could.

The vibes is just off. I cant pin point what it is. But i dont think its worth the price :(

When the room was booked we asked for our rooms to be near each other. Upon arrival they said because of the rooms we booked it was not possible? Why was that not told to me at booking. I’d have booked different rooms. In addition, after having gone there every year for half a decade, sometimes multiple times. The rooms we got were a view of the road and a room with no porch and a parking lot view, and Nowhere near each other. We normally go room to room and share the experience. Instead we were texting to communicate. It was disappointing. Not, close and crappy location of rooms after a lot of loyalty. Overall the experience was great, particularly their bartender Colin, he remembers us year to year and always makes you feel welcome and special. it’s why we continue to go back. We’re hoping next year for better room situations.
