La literie est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié est les produits sont bons. Le sauna est super, après une journée de ski! L'hôtel est très bien placé, il est propre et très joli.

Pas grand chose

Nice appartment with varanda and Matterhoorn view in a building annex to the hotel. Wonderful breakfast with nice portuguese lady making sure everything was right.

Stairs to arrive to the apartment and location oit of the main building should be stated clearly before booking. Hotel has a taxi but transfer is not included.

Location is very good. Brilliant for skiing and town centre. People are complaining about distance from train station, it’s only 15 minute slow walk with suitcase. If that’s a problem, you can get a cab. Matterhorn view room is good. Hotel is warm throughout. A trust bar downstairs is quite reasonable. In room coffee pods were okay. Downstairs relaxation room was quite nice.

Extremely poor value for money. I understand the season and location prices but we chose this place as it was a special occasion (anniversary) and we expected far more for the cost. I’ve frequently paid less for 5 star accommodation. There were other options that we should have taken. The hotel we used last year was substantially cheaper and far better. The hotel is very dated; our en-suite was like it was out of the 1950s. Our room was tiny. Giant permanent crane outside the rear of the hotel - thank goodness for AI remove object features on phones nowadays. Reception by staff was okay - staff in our last Zermatt hotel were so much more friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast options very basic. Probably wouldn’t return, and certainly wouldn’t at these prices.

Posizione comodissima rispetto agli impianti ed al centro città. Sauna molto pulita con zona relax e doccia. Locale deposito sci Perfetto con un dispositivo per tenere al caldo l'interno degli scarponi!
