Aris Grand-Place Hotel

The staff was very attentive and kind. The hotel is right behind the Grand Place and close to ride shares and the central station. It was very safe as well.

Great location and proximity to Grand Place. Virginia was exceptional in helping us. Great customer service.

Pleasant hotel in the centre of Brussels. A bit hard to find as anove a coffee shop. Lovely breakfast

It’s location right by the train station and the Grande Place put us in the heart of things.

We stayed in the family duplex which was ideal with a king bed, a double bed (which can be separated into 2 twins). It is a 2 level room with 2 full bathrooms which was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). The location was perfect. Close to central station and many attractions were walking distance. The breakfast package was well worth it since the restaurant was attached to the hotel (you walk through it to get to reception) & the food was great. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working properly for tour side, but we were only on the second floor so it wasn’t really a problem. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Brussels.

This was an excellent stay in Brussels, i enjoyed every aspect of it from the room, the amenities, the restaurant, the check in the check out, everything just clicked right. To Sarah at the front desk thank you for being amazing and helping me in the check in process and holding our baggage, your smile and caring just made the stay extra special. Everything went smooth, the room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were all nice in general for anything we asked. We spent two days here and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it was well worth it, big portions and generous quality food. If i am back in Brussels i will surely come back to Aris because of the awesome location in the center of it all and the quality of the stay on top of the excellent staff!

Staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for me, great recommendations for food and transport. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in a great location. Short walk from Grande Place and Central Station. Quirky set up with reception set behind cool cafe where breakfast was also served. Would definitely stay here again.
