I stayed here 2 nights on business. I went to the breakfast buffet only so cannot comment on the pool, spa, restaurant, parking or room service. The hotel consists of 2 blocks facing each other with a pool in the middle. Completely separate, further west, there is a 3rd block of rooms (no pool). This is where I stayed. The good: the room was perfect! Modern, spotlessly clean, good A/C & wifi, everything you need (minibar, Nespresso, iron & ironing board etc) and everything works. Lots of hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet has a huge selection (although see further comments)

The less good: the building I stayed in is literally next door to the local mosque. There is a certain amount of noise and one morning there was loud chanting for about an hour. Also, perhaps out of respect for the neighbours, this is a “halal” hotel. So not just no alcohol, but also no pork products. Nowhere was this mentioned in the online portal I used to book. You want a cold beer after work, or a nice plate of jamon serrano? No chance (although I noticed a few “substitute” products at the breakfast buffet made from turkey or chicken. Not quite the same….). For a 2-day business trip, it was fine and I would gladly return. For a longer stay (or a holiday) I might look elsewhere first.

Great location with walking access to key hangout areas in Marbella (of Peuto Romano). Great dining options there and also at the Forum adjacent to the property
