"Why not late check out ? When i see rooms available."

La ubicación está muy buena, no es lujoso pero está bien.

La piscina techada estaba sucia y quisimos pedir “Late check out” y nos dijeron que tenían las habitaciones ocupadas y vi en la página que aún tenían muchas habitaciones disponibles.

"It was dirty, the rooms were dirty and smelled bad, pools don’t get cleaned. Food gross"

"The GM was great but he can only do so much.have stayed there before has gone down hill"

Location

Pool was dirty for most of my stay. Safe didn’t work and only got room service 2 days was there for 10 days. Checked in with credit card this was the only time I used this card in Florida the next day it was used by someone else at a restaurant near the hotel so draw your own conclusion

"Very dirty place."

Breakfast

The pull put couch was VERY dirty, there was blood stains on our sheets, keys did not work even after getting them redone, one of the balcony doors did not work, and when the guys came up to vacuum the couch, he had a 6 inch knife on his side and his pants were half past his butt showing his underwear. I had 2 14 year old girls with us and he scared them.
