The message at Zion spa was amazing and very relaxing. Kimberly and Ginesa were great and took care of us, we felt like feathers when we finished.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Zion Spa. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was calming and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing escape. We enjoyed a couples treatment that was both rejuvenating and deeply relaxing. The therapists were skilled, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Every detail—from the soothing music to the refreshing beverages—made the experience feel special. High recommend Sandra and Yinessa!!!

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was disappointing from the start. I had to change rooms multiple times because the air conditioning units were broken, no hot shower which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the building was poorly maintained, giving the impression that it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. Although the property advertises itself as all-inclusive, the food was not consistently available. Items ran out quickly, and staff made no effort to replenish them. On top of that, making a dinner reservation at the hotel’s own restaurant was extremely difficult, which made the “all-inclusive” claim feel misleading. Customer service was also a major issue. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and when I tried contacting the hotel prior to arrival, no one ever responded. To make matters worse, the tour packages sold on-site were three times more expensive than identical ones offered just outside the hotel. Overall, the combination of poor service, unkept facilities, lack of food availability, and inflated tour prices made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a better value and more reliable stay.

Muy difícil conseguir reservas de restaurantes para cenar El restaurante islandér y el principal no modifican el menú ! Ayer porque llegamos 15 min tarde al restaurante mediterráneo nos dijo el portero q habíamos perdido la reserva a pesar de q habían suficientes mesas! En general ha perdido calidad el hotel en cuanto a comidas!

Where do I begin! The bell boys are nice . But then we get to the front desk and restaurants and they are all rude . It’s like we bothered them at any question we had any service we requested.
