The staff, exceptional.

The property is well maintained, very professional staff. I occupied a two bedroom apartment sea view absolutely stunning. Sunset was breathtaking. I’ll do this again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the beach. The meals at the restaurant were excellent, including the in-dining menu. What made my stay so enjoyable were the exceptional staff and their friendliness. The bed and the choic of pillows made it extra special. I had an excellent massage at The Cove Spa with Precious.

I recently stayed at the President Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Although I wasn’t given a tour of the hotel or an introduction to the room facilities upon arrival, the team was very helpful whenever I called for assistance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it was clear that good attention is given to housekeeping standards. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of options. The desserts were especially delicious and definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the President Hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town.
