The room was far smaller than the photos, and the view from the room was on to the parking area with cars and people walking past the room window. The photos of the view from window showed no car park. With a partial view of the mountain. The hotel manager saw the photos of the room booking page and then apologized and said she would give us 20% discount. It’s been weeks after our stay and still no word of our discount. Not a great customer experience.

Good location, friendly staff

Sewer problem when it rains. Quite smelly in the lobby. Windows, when its windy, seem not to exist. Bad insulation.

The hotel is airy, bright and inviting. Breakfast, the Cafe and the latter's staff in particular were excellent and very friendly/warm.

Whilst the rooms are a wonderful size, the bathrooms disappoint as the showers are in the bath tubs themselves, which are very small and cramped. Shower time was very traumatic based on the cramped space and the slippery bath tub. A separate shower would have been ideal.
