Indaba Hotel

Good value for money, very clean and quite. Stuff very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't mind going back again.

Check in was very slow only 1 person on duty at night around 20h00.Room was not so clean, no bottled water. Light switches faulty and glove by mirror in bedroom fused, lamp shades "skew" #954. Shower bar below shower head rusty, shower door didn't close. Room service very slow, food good but wrong bill presented.

Great hospitality, definitely one to recommend to family and friends. Good food at Chief's Boma and breakfast.

I stayed at Indaba in early November as a solo traveler ( and again in December with family). The stay was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the meals were tasty. The grounds are also lovely with lots of birdlife and extensive gardens/grounds. Treat yourself to a treatment at the spa while you are there - it is well worth it. The shuttle to Fourways Mall is an added bonus, and for any other transfers I can highly recommend Boyang Gape - the tours and transfer company based at the hotel. I would happily recommend Indaba to other travelers ( and I look forward to coming back to try the wine tasting and gin making)

The rooms are in need of upgrade. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. One of the basins in the bathroom was clogged . No shampoo and only one bath towel in room. Not what one would expect from a conference venue. Service from staff was excellent.

The overall structure is very beautiful however. Dinning options wonderful. Only that the room was too cold, no heating. The bed sheets had a blood stain and the fridge was not working...

Nice enough hotel though the room needs a bit of updating - carpet is grubby and shower door did not seal properly. Otherwise is nice enough for a business trip

Very quiet in the hotel, and has the hospitality with plenty of staff to help. Dinner at "Chief's Boma" was great, and breakfast was also great. And it was very convenient that we can ride to front of our room.

Food was of poor quality. Hair in the steak sauce. The gym is a complete joke. The hotel should remove that from the amenities list. Hotel is old and tired. Curtains in room cannot close fully.

1 the room was not ready when we hot there 2 my mom had to clim stairs and she had back problems 3 there was hardly water 4 the aircon made such a noice we coundt sleep 5the breakfast was so cold you just left it 6 next day hardly wart and NO HOT water I am shocked for what we had to pay and had to receive this
