A localização é a melhor possível, com vista do Kruger - avistamos hipopótamos do hotel - e muito próximo ao portão de acesso ao parque. O hotel é muito bonito e dentro da natureza. Reservamos os safáris pelo hotel e foi ótimo pela facilidade e experiência. O ponto alto são os funcionários, todos são excepcionais, educados, alegres, nos atendem muito bem, foi ótimo conversar com eles. Ouvir eles cantando no jantar foi muito agradável. O buffet do café da manhã e do jantar são excelentes, com muitas opções. O quarto era confortável e limpo.

Subia um cheiro de fumo no nosso quarto, provavelmente de algum outro quarto. Isto não foi agradável, deveria ser proibido fumar no quartos e haver um local separado e longe dos quartos para as pessoas fumarem.

Chalet dans l’hôtel bien équipé, l’hôtel offre un large choix de services, la piscine du pool bar offre une vue imprenable sur le parc kruger, les repas sont bons notamment le petit déjeuner !
