Staff very hospitable. Our waiter at LAPA, Leroy, remembered us and our preferences. Took very good care of us.

Blankets on every Safari ride. It got cool at night.

As instalações são completas e oferecem muitos espaços sociais. A piscina é linda , o café bem completo e o jantar também é bom.

Os valores praticados nos games drive são acima do que se oferece em outros lugares no Kruger.

La struttura é bellissima, il cibo (sia la colazione che la cena) molto buono e con ampia scelta. La camera molto grande e ben arredata. Lo staff gentile r disponibile.

Abbiamo trovato dei capelli nel bagno e, nonostante lo avessimo segnalato, il problema non è stato risolto. In una struttura di questo livello lo trovo inammissibile.

Very comfortable beds and aircon worked well. Fantastic dining experiences. So much food and it was all delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was a highlight overlooking the Sabi River. One could sight wildlife from very comfortable loungers. Nice cocktails available here too. As the name of the hotel indicates, it is at the Kruger Gate, so access extremely easy to Kruger National Park. Room service available and very prompt.

Availability of loungers at the pool area a bit limited.
