"The beds were okay to sleep in and that's about it. Book somewhere else."

Location was good.

Outdated and in disrepair. This place needs a major remodel. For about the same price, we stayed at a Comfort Inn the next night and it was a 5 star hotel in our opinion.

The bed sheets were clean and great shower products.

The place is very dated. Needs a complete makeover. Carpets are stained, chairs in rooms are filthy. An encampment behind building with people propping exit door open, coming and going all night. Room 101 smells like cigarettes, as another traveler reported too. Got no sleep. I feel like the good/great reviews are paid influencer as no one in their right mind would give this place 5 stars.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable

It is getting really run down. They have long term clients in there now. It feels more like renting a private room in a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell really bad!

It was quiet and very comfortable. The staff was great.

Dogs and small horses but not cats...really? You can't really call your establishment pet friendly and not accommodate.
