..Breakfast was cold and not replenished.... Room was dark Nothing in mini bar We always stay in 4 to 5 star hotels....this was not Example we stayed following 2 nights in Ghent...nh collection...4 star...excellent Send one of your staff to sample their breakfast ...they should be 5 star....also £100 a night cheaper

Quelque peu bruyant pour la chambre choisie, car elle donnait à l’intérieur du lobby Mais dans l’ensemble un personnel extra et très attentif, je reviendrai bien sûr

"Hotel dans un bâtiment historique"

Le bâtiment historique , ancien hospice est magnifique ainsi que l’intérieur Le personnel est attentionné et très professionnel Proche d’une station de métro et les déplacements sont faciles

Le restaurant n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel Mauvaise expérience ! La chambre est classique , quelques petits détails pourraient être perfectibles pour ce type d’hôtel
