Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun - All Inclusive 24h

We loved this hotel and is our 2nd time to visit. The food was great and felt there was a selection at all meal times. The staff were friendly, helpful and the hotel was really clean.

Just returned home from another amazing break at the Jupiter. The staff were so freindly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were immaculately clean with daily room service. The standard and the choice of food and drinks on offer were excellent and available all day. Cannot wait to come back again this October to celebrate my 65th Birthday and our 41st Wedding Anniversary.

What I liked most was how child-friendly the hotel is, everything is really well set up for families. The range of services is great and everything runs very smoothly, with hardly any queueing (even for the water slides), so the balance between guests and facilities feels spot on. The food was also a highlight, lots of variety and consistently good quality.

Beautiful and clean

You do have to pay for go karts , trampolines , bouncy castles and gaming facilities and they are not the cheapest.

Everything for a family holiday in one place. The pools and slides were amazing. No shortage of sun loungers. Pizza and ice cream was beautiful. Food was so accessible

Dinners in the big hall weren’t to our tastes but all the other food was fabulous. Lifts were a bit tricky, but once we got the hang of them things were no problem

Property lovely, facilities great , a short walk to the strip but , excellent bus to the old town hourly in the day , Ubers cheap ,

The lift system was the only headache as everyone has pushchairs , when it wasn’t school time , small lifts even though there are 6 , could only get one pushchair in and a couple of adults for the 10 floors ,

We travel as a family regularly (couple with a 4 year old and 2 year old) and do have high standards. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff The staff throughout were so polite and welcoming and the children entertainers were the best we’ve met. Cleanliness Extremely clean in all areas, restaurants, pools, communal and rooms Room The rooms were exceptionally big. We had the sofa bed and a cot in use and still plenty of room. They were clean, had everything we needed (fridge, hair dryer, safe, kettle and tea and coffee bits) and the bathrooms were great too. Very clean and modern with a big walk in shower. There are water refill stations on each floor also by the lifts Food The food was really good. I personally get a bit fed up of a buffett (no matter how good it is) but that’s just me. Every night have a different theme and they catered to allergies and veggies. The two restaurants on site (usually included in all inclusive) were a welcome break. We really enjoyed the Brazilian. I did rate the fresh fruit options at the buffet as well as the smoked salmon and poached egg. Don’t forget the fresh pizza and pasta which is located by the outside seating area. You are allowed to take food out of the restaurant too which I think is a huge plus. There is also a snack bar which has crisps, sandwiches, baguettes, salads and some deserves. Oh and ice creams of course!! Bars Absolutely amazing drinks option. I think there were about 20 cocktails in the all inclusive selection. They were great cocktails too. Not cheapy premixed ones. Pools A great choice of pools and you don’t have to be down at 7am to get a sunbed (huge thing for me.. I hate this) There are tonnes of beds and tonnes of shade. There is also factor 50 sun cream pumps located around the pool which is a great touch. I will say the main pool with a swim up bar was too cold for us. (Mid June) we relocated to the ‘quiet pool’ quite quickly and to be honest this was perfect for us. It was much warmer but still the perfect size. Our children are too young for the pool entertainment so this was perfect for us. Location There was a strip of restaurants very near by and I guess it’s new town Albufeira which wasn’t our vibe but the hotel offers free shuttle to old town hourly, you just need tickets from reception which was a nice touch. We did get Ubers also which were around €4. Old town was lovely and we had 3 beach days. Kids club and entertainment We went to the kids club once with our children and the team were amazing with the children. The am session we went to they made cookies and in the pm they were taken on a treasure hunt and ended up eating their cookies which was cute. That was the only session we / our children attended. I can’t comment on the general day time entertainment as we were either by the quiet pool or at the beach. The evening entertainment.. the children absolutely LOVED the mini disco (8:15-9:15pm) there was a great variety of songs each night and the team were also so engaging and playful with the children. The nightly shows were great too, the best being the Disney show. That was really impressive. I would highly and have already recommended this hotel!!

Best hotel for family and kids holiday in Europe. Constant entertainment on site for adults and kids all day long. The evening entertainment is brilliant. Only negative you have to pay for bouncing castle/trampoline/ go carting at the evening entertainment.
