Jupiter Albufeira Hotel - Family & Fun - All Inclusive 24h

Fantastic stay at jupiter albufeira hotel. The best all inclusive. Staff are excellent and very friendly and attentive. Hygiene is focussed on and very visible. Rooms, restaurant, reception and pool areas very clean, daily housekeeping excellent service, fantastic family friendly facilities, could not fault this hotel for anything. Pool temperatures 20.8C....perfect. everything was perfect.

This is my 3rd time stay at the Jupiter. Once again it was a wonderful experience. The food is very good quality. The staff or wonderful. My boys loved the kids club. We will come back again.

Great location. Staff were great. Very clean and attentive! Food and drinks were great. My 2 year old had the best time and loved it all. Only thing I would say is it needs better night time entertainment but was still fab!

We had the best time at this hotel and I have travelled around the world and stayed in many places. The family loved Portugal and especially loved this hotel

Could not recommend a better family hotel. Staff are BRILLIANT, food choice for adults and kids are amazing (they always have pizza, nuggets and chips for the kids too which is a bonus!) the facilities at the hotel are great, there’s a shuttle bus to the old town which runs multiple times a day and only takes a few minutes! There’s themed weeks at the hotel and themed evening food in the buffet restaurant mostly every night. My 3 year old had an issue where we needed to see the hotel nurse, the lady at the reception immediately called for her so we could go and see her, we were then sent to the private hospital which the same lady at reception helped with and called a taxi straight away. As soon as we got back from the hospital, the same lady again at the reception was immodestly asking how our son was, trying to make him laugh and see if he was okay, as she did every time she saw him too. She was so concerned and it made me feel great that the staff are so caring and helpful in such a stressful and scary situation. The reception manager also called me the next day to ask how he was as it was down on the system that we went to the hospital. The only issue with the hotel I found was the lift situation. You’ve to call one for whatever floor you want to go on, then that one is yours. Regardless if it’s already full. So it can take you a while to get a lift if you’ve a wheelchair or prams (we had 2 prams so this sometimes took too long that we’d end up carrying the prams downstairs instead of waiting!) doesn’t help when people hog the lofts for literally 1 floor when they could walk to help parents with prams. The pools are also on the cold side, resulting in all 3 of my kids getting blue lips on the first day however we came to realise that the ‘quiet pool’ was a tad warmer and better for us anyway due to less noise and hustle and bustle of older kids. So it worked in our favour. Overall I can’t wait to get this hotel booked again!! I really cannot wait. It’s a brilliant hotel and I’ve already recommended it to loads of people on social media!

Reception staff was very nice. View from room too. Food was ok. Possibility to take a family picture at reasonable cost.

It’s not a five star. 4- based on our experience with European hotel standards. There was a very bad smell in the room during the entire stay. Towels and bed linen in very bad condition (with stains and holes). We paid extra for a birthday surprise for our son and the balloons were missing. The children playground was extra cost and very expensive. More generally there is a lot of commercial stuff targeting children, which is not ideal.

An amazing stay, & shuttle bus to the old town was also a plus point for us. Highly recommend this hotel for families and friends alike. I cannot fault the staff the accommodation or facilities, everything was top notch!! Pools clean, food choices amazing, late night facilities, WiFi everything was faultless!

Excellent hotel with everything you need for kids of all ages we went with a boy 6 and baby 10 months and it catered for both. We had the best time and the staff were so friendly. The place was spotless and cleaners in the rooms and around the hotel kept the place so clean. We will definitely be returning

Myself and my daughter stayed here in early May. We have absolutely no complaints, this hotel is heaven for kids and staff go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need here. Some complained about the food but I honestly don't believe they could possibly offer any more choice. The dining hall never seemed to close and there was never any problem getting what you wanted. The entertainment crew are the highlight. They absolutely made my 12 year old daughters holiday. When the weather changed a little they immediately adapted and kept the kids busy. I've never seen staff engaging with kids so much and go around pool encouraging them to join in. They work so hard and are the best asset the hotel has. We have already booked a second trip
