Nice room and friendly staff, although miscommunication about nearby restaurant availability and deposit required by the Hotel.,

Short restaurant hours, no pool facility due to construction and construction on site. The Hotel, not Booking.com, charged my credit card for a deposit of $50.00. When I requested a refund no one could help me receive a return of the funds that were taken from me.

The pool is the best in Steamboat for lodging. It’s always so clean and classy. Always love waking up to the hot air balloon out our windows.

ONLY thing I struggle with about The Steamboat Grand any time I stay there is getting my deposits back in a timely manner.
