Giving it 3 because of some of the staff. My room looks worn. Chipped paint, paint that doesnt match and grimy, bugs in bathroom.. stained carpet. The employees are nice but not overly friendly. The 1 bed condo is big but i dont know if I would spend the points I used to come back. Oh and good luck getting out of the shower and stepping onto a wet floor. Despite having a bath mat last night there wasnt one tonight that was available. Disappointing and underimpressed.

Loved it!! Accommodations were wonderful. Very comfortable beds. Workout facility, sauna, steam room, and pools were great. Lots of hiking and mountain biking in the area during the offseason.

We had a wonderful stay at the Steamboat Grand! The location is perfect, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to everything in Steamboat. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pool and hot tubs were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. We especially want to thank the amazing staff who made our stay feel so welcoming. Joel at dinner made every meal feel special, Travis at the pool was kind and attentive, and Samara and Will at the front desk and concierge went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. It truly made a difference in our stay. We loved every moment at the Steamboat Grand and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Steamboat Springs. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

I enjoyed my trip to Steamboat. It was hard to leave. I look forward to returning and staying at The Grand for sure!

I enjoyed it all. The pool could open earlier. I am an early riser! But that is the only improvement I could think of! :)
