"Exceptional"

Great little hotel, overlooking the ocean/ocean walk; 10 minute walk to 'downtown' Reykjavik. Staff friendly & helpful. Carpet in room needs cleaning/replacement, and hairdryer overheats & shuts off quickly, but these are minor issues. Would recommend.

"Poor stay "

The rooms are very small. No blackout curtains, make it difficult to sleep. The shower is so small! Hot water has extremely bad smell, even for Rejkavick that is know for that. Way too expensive for it is.

We thoroughly appreciated the prompt responses to our questions prior to arrival. We also very much appreciated the hotel arranging the taxi from the airport to the hotel and the Sky Lagoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon

"Nice hotel in Reykjavik"

Perfect hotel to stay in Iceland. Right on the waterfront with a great view and fantastic service. Front desk associates were superb. Sophia assisted us several times and went above and beyond. From forgetting a water bottle at the Lava show, to leaving our key in the room, to happy wine places. If we ever return to Iceland we will stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure the guests comfortable. There was hot and cold breakfast available at the hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel is located walking distance to the city center. I walked to the beautiful church. It is nearby bus stop #9 something I wish I knew. Great location!!
