El personal era muy agradable, la ubicación es perfecta para poder pasear por el centro. Las piscinas tambien super!

El buffet muy poca variedad y calidad de la comida… me esperaba algo mejor, si las habitaciones le hicieran pequeñas reformas tambien mejoraria mucho la puntuación del hotel

"Hotel bien, buffet no"

El hotel está muy limpio. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es correcta, está a unos 10 minutos del centro de Puerto de la Cruz.

El buffet. Pese a que parecía haber variedad, los platos no sabían bien (sabores, texturas...) y la mayoría de veces estaba fría la comida. En los postres había muchos pasteles, pero nunca ha habido yogures, por ejemplo. Y respecto a la fruta, era poco apetecible. Otra cosa que no nos ha gustado es que, a pesar de coger una habitación superior, la bañera tenía cortina de baño y no estaba en muy buenas condiciones.

Room was near rooftop area. Could be noisy at times. Warm water in the shower room was not available immediately. During winter, it would be great if there are thicker blankets provided.

Położenie hotelu blisko morza

Hotel położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, balkon praktycznie na skrzyżowanie. W łazience żeby spłukać toaletę trzeba zaprzeć się o ścianę, tak trudno chodzi przycisk. Chciałam wziąć gorącą kąpiel, woda ciepła nie gorącą. Całą noc lina z ozdobnymi lampkami świątecznymi uderzała o elewację, powodując nieznośny hałas, mimo zgłoszenia personelowi, nic nie zostało zrobione, zmarzliśmy w nocy, niestety ogrzewanie nie działało, śniadanie niesmaczne, kawa okropna,
