We booked this hotel because of their 9.2 rating. It was very disappointing. We had 4 people in our room and I kept having to request a 4th bath towel, which we would have to go downstairs to get from the front desk. The breakfast was not good. There was issues with the coffee machine and the pancake machine, the front desk clerk kept having to open it and work on it. Our 4th morning there was an out of order sign on it. The styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery were cheap. It’s small. The pictures are misleading. Would not recommend.

A lot of construction and never knew in front of building was 2 way. It didn’t look or it said so. We had to drive a long way to get back
